Early on it's a range; as the model learns your response it narrows to a confident estimate. The more consistently you log, the tighter it gets — most people see a stable window within the first month.
Meals, movement, sleep and the occasional measurement. AI logging keeps a full day down to a couple of minutes — snap your plate, sync your watch, done.
No, but it helps. Connect Apple Watch or Garmin, or import a workout file, and movement logs itself. Without one, a quick manual step count works fine.
Your logs are yours. We never sell your data, and you can export or permanently delete everything from inside the app at any time.
Full access while we calibrate the model with early users. It's free during beta, and you'll get plenty of notice before anything about that changes.
